ASRC Federal Holding Company Program Control Analyst in Cape Canaveral, Florida

ASRC Federal Communications is seeking a Program Control Analyst to support ongoing efforts on our CLOIS contract at Cape Canaveral SFS, FL.

Job Summary:

  • To prepare financial reports and perform analysis for the Business Office, Sr. Staff, the Space Force, and NASA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Actual vs Reported Cost reports.

  • Submit weekly Space Force Job Order Cost Accounting System (JOCAS) reports and perform reconciliations.

  • Analyze monthly overtime costs and prepare presentation slides for management and government review.

  • Perform analysis of subcontractor costs.

  • Prepare various other financial reports and perform analysis on a monthly basis and as assigned.

  • Prepare ad hoc reports for internal and external customers using Microsoft Access and Excel.

  • Interface with Business Office personnel, supervisors, Space Force and NASA on financial related tasks.

Requirements :

  • Requires a BS/BA or higher degree in a related business field plus two (2) to four (4) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint and financial software applications.

  • Excel Power Pivot and Cost Point experience desired.

  • Should be a self-starter and proactive.

Work Environment:

  • Office environment.

  • Physical Demands: Walking, standing, climbing stairs, sitting for extended periods of time. Must possess strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
