ASRC Federal Holding Company Program Control Analyst in Cape Canaveral, Florida
ASRC Federal Communications is seeking a Program Control Analyst to support ongoing efforts on our CLOIS contract at Cape Canaveral SFS, FL.
Job Summary:
- To prepare financial reports and perform analysis for the Business Office, Sr. Staff, the Space Force, and NASA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare Actual vs Reported Cost reports.
Submit weekly Space Force Job Order Cost Accounting System (JOCAS) reports and perform reconciliations.
Analyze monthly overtime costs and prepare presentation slides for management and government review.
Perform analysis of subcontractor costs.
Prepare various other financial reports and perform analysis on a monthly basis and as assigned.
Prepare ad hoc reports for internal and external customers using Microsoft Access and Excel.
Interface with Business Office personnel, supervisors, Space Force and NASA on financial related tasks.
Requirements :
Requires a BS/BA or higher degree in a related business field plus two (2) to four (4) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint and financial software applications.
Excel Power Pivot and Cost Point experience desired.
Should be a self-starter and proactive.
Work Environment:
Office environment.
Physical Demands: Walking, standing, climbing stairs, sitting for extended periods of time. Must possess strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
