ASRC Federal Holding Company IT Project Coordinator in JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Washington

Position : IT Project Coordinator


ASRC Federal Arctic Slope Technical Services (ASTS) is seeking an IT Project Coordinator with experience in gathering stakeholder requirements to support our growing work supporting the Defense Health Agency, specifically the Connected Health Branch.

  • Elicit and document high level functional requirements from stakeholders and submit them for development

  • Manage the development of multiple Health focused podcast series:

  • Participate in overall program planning, vision and brainstorming

  • Logistics and coordination with host and guest Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

  • Submission/tracking of final recordings to Public Affairs Office (PAO) for approval

  • Manage promotion planning and release schedule

  • Support government customers in a variety of tasks, utilizing critical thinking and analysis skills

  • Organize and attend stakeholder workgroups, providing Health (clinical or informatics) input

  • Assist in the development of executive level briefs

  • Make suggestions to improve program/project efficiencies and processes

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree

  • Healthcare or technology background preferred

  • Experience gathering stakeholder requirements desired

  • Ability to independently manage tasks and small projects

  • Military, Health IT and/or Defense Health Agency (DHA) experience preferred

  • US Citizenship is required and the ability to pass a DoD background investigation
