ASRC Federal Holding Company Housekeeper in North Charleston, South Carolina

ASRC Federal Field Services provides logistical support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Charleston (FLETC Federal Complex off Spruill Avenue). We are looking for Housekeepers.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Make beds per company standards.

  • Pull and dispose of trash daily.

  • Dust all assigned areas from floor to 7 feet high.

  • Clean floors: including mopping, vacuuming and sweeping.

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and showers daily.

  • Clean dorm room walls and door fronts as needed.

  • Inspect dorm rooms and report deficiencies to Leads/Managers and replace items as necessary.

  • Must be customer service oriented; polite, warm and responsive to customers, employees and supervisors.

  • Team player: willing to work with co-workers to complete tasks in a timely manner.

  • Possess the ability to follow written and verbal directions with minimal supervision.

  • Must be willing to perform other duties as assigned/needed.

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred

  • Must be a US citizen

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

  • Must be able to pass a background investigation and pass a drug and physical exam

  • Must be able to work some evening and weekend hours (7 days a week operation)

  • Must possess a valid SC driver's license

  • Able to pass a background investigation and physical exam

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm & Saturday 10am - 3pm as needed

  • Must be able to lift, push and/or pull 30lbs

  • Must be punctual and have great attendance
