ASRC Federal Holding Company Role Player Scheduler in North Charleston, South Carolina

  • The Role Player Scheduler is responsible for implementing scenarios into the scheduling system and updating changes/times for each scenario as required

  • This position requires significant interpersonal skills to assist with the coordination of training and role players

  • The Scheduler assists with keeping all records and reports necessary to track and monitor schedules and role player availability

  • Develop and submit required paperwork to the Role Play Coordinator,

  • Enters schedules for scenario training using a computerized scheduling program

  • Assist with monitoring attendance of role players

  • Available to be on site for all scenario based training requirements if the Role Player Coordinator is absent

  • Assist with tracking role player billing using an excel spreadsheet

  • Assist with maintaining continuity books and upkeep of all scenario assignments and scripts

  • Must be able to step into role playing roles as needed
