ASRC Federal Holding Company Program Control Analyst in RESTON, Virginia

Position : Program Control Analyst

Location : RESTON, VA

Position : Program Control

Location: Reston, VA

Summary: Use your demonstrated Program Control expertise to support the Program Management Office at a division level within an operating group supporting various ASRC Federal Intel Programs as well as Special Projects.


  • Develop program related financial data and metrics to include program budgets and forecasting.

  • Oversee financial tracking and the efficiency and effectiveness of financial programs as well as follow up on audit resolution and corrective actions.

  • Apply understanding of strategic picture and drill down into the analysis of financial data.

  • Use government accounting background to include month end closing.

  • Serve as a business partner and adviser to Program Managers and Operating Group Leadership on all program financial matters.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills, along with other MS Office programs

  • Experience in government accounting systems and strong accounting to include month-end closing

  • Knowledge of rates and service centers

  • Experience analyzing financial data, financial reporting, forecasting and developing financial models

  • Experience with pricing contracts, task orders and/or new business bids

  • Proven partnering with multiple organizations to include strong background in supporting Program Management and cross-functional teams

  • Working knowledge of Costpoint, TM1 and Cognos preferred


  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline; Working towards a graduate degree in related discipline desirable

  • 2+ year's work experience in Program Finance and Analysis
